Its that time of year again! February is American Heart Month. While we should be vigilant year round to maintain a proper diet, cardiovascular conditioning, and stress reduction, we should also be prepared for unexpected cardiac emergencies. Jerome Fire has partnered with an organization called Pulse Point that directs citizens to the nearest AED and to the patient. Early CPR and early AED use are paramount to survival in case of a heart attack.
